Ethical Separation Policies
The objective of this policy is to facilitate a smooth separation keeping in mind the interest of separating employee and Wipro.

The guidelines outline
The age of retirement: Employee will retire from the services of the company on completion of 58 years of age. It is 60 years in case of a person engaged in the management category prior to January 1, 1967 or promoted to management category prior to June 1, 1975.

Notice: Employees leaving the company and not on retirement are required to serve a notice to the company for the period specified in their employment contract.

Exit interview: Exit interview will be conducted to take feedback from the employee about the company so as to improve the situation and prevent untimely exits in the future.

Termination: Any employee may be terminated from service for grave misconduct, illegal activities or integrity lapse by the appropriate authority after an enquiry conducted in accordance with principles of natural justice.
