When entering into any business commitment, it is important to define the rights and obligations of each party in appropriate written contracts. Employees dealing with Wipro customers, are required to understand and abide by Wipro contracting policies and guidelines including proper Authorization, ensuring against Sham Transactions, Accepting or receiving bribes or gifts that could compromise the company’s interests, Comply with all legal and contractual obligations in dealing with governments.
Contributions without the prior approval of the management of Wipro, any fund or other assets belonging to Wipro for political purposes in any territory or country are prohibited.
