| Preventing conflict of Interest |
The term "Conflict of Interest" pertains to situations in which financial or personal considerations may compromise, or have the appearance of compromising our judgment of professional activities. We would therefore not take up any activity that would lead to a conflict of interest or encourage any relationship where we might be required to compromise on Wipro’s best interests.
Situations that spell a conflict of interest include: Employment/Outside Employment, Outside Directorships, Business Interests, Related Parties, Publication of Technical Papers, books or articles; NGOs, Clubs and Charitable Institutions.
