| Protecting on Intellectual property |

We adhere to it by constantly innovating on processes, products, systems etc. The knowledge that employees have which can take the shape of IP is our true differentiator at the market place. And hence we have an utmost obligation to ourselves to protect the intellectual properties, trade secrets and other confidential information owned by Wipro and it’s clients or associates because it is critical to our success. By "Intellectual Property Rights ( IPR ) we mean generally patented or potentially patentable inventions, trademarks, service marks, trade names, copyrightable subject matter, and trade secrets.
IPR in a product or technology developed by Wipro in partnership with a customer or for a customer will generally be owned by the customer. Employees will ensure that all third parties hired for any assignment have signed an agreement undertaking to assign IPRs to Wipro and use any proprietary material of others only under license and only in accordance with the terms of such license.
