| Safeguarding use of Electronic Resources |
Electronic resources form the backbone of the company. To make transactions easier and safer for all of us on the network, Uses that threaten the integrity of the system, the privacy of others, or that are otherwise illegal, are hence forbidden. The company reserves the right to access and monitor all messages and files on its system, including information regarding employee Internet use, as and when deemed necessary and appropriate.
Wipro employees shall use electronic resources in an effective, ethical and lawful manner like using only licensed software, ensure the content of the text, audio or images that we place, send or forward over the Internet does not compromise the reputation of the company or the trust it enjoys with its customers.
Wipro discourages use of Electronic resources for unauthorized purposes or for personal/ commercial gains. Or attempt to circumvent or subvert system security measures, make or use illegal copies of copyrighted software, or store or transmit such copies on company systems, download any public domain, freeware, or shareware programs to company equipment without the prior approval of the authorized persons.
