The Spirit of Wipro represents what the Wipro endeavour is all about. It is the core that has driven and will continue to drive each Wiproite.
I strongly urge each of you to read this booklet, for it will help you understand the Spirit of Wipro. And having understood, you must become the torchbearer of the Spirit.

You must inspire people by becoming a true Wiproite – by manifesting intense desire to win, by being sensitive and by upholding the highest standards of integrity.
