Wipro Identity is the representation of our Values:
David, Iqbal and Geeta were pleased by what they had learned.
As they left the cafeteria, they saw a picture of the Wipro Identity. “The multicoloured flower really stands out,” they exclaimed. “What does it signify?”
Naren replied. “We call it the Rainbow Flower. To us, it is an expression of our Values. It connotes a warm, caring, innovative, large and diversified organisation.
It gives a youthful and an energetic feel to our Identity.”
David asked, “What is the basis for all these interpretations? Is there anything that supports this interpretation?”
Naren answered that the interpretations were derived from Customers, responses researched all across the country.
“But what about the two words: Applying Thought? Do they also represent Values?”
Naren said. “In a way, yes. Applying Thought applies to all of the businesses we are in. It also describes our Values.”
“Thought, means that we are constantly thinking about our Customers and employees, which denotes Human Values. Application of Thought is what Innovative
Solutions is all about. Because Innovation is applied creative thought.
Applying Thought : Applying is a continuous process. We continuously apply thought to give the Customer higher Value for Money.
We do all this with complete sincerity and commitment, which is a reflection of our Integrity.” “That means that our Values are there everywhere and in everything
that we do!!” Geeta declared with pride.
